TEMPE, ARIZ. – The Intercollegiate Tennis Association has released its annual academic awards for the 2024-25 season, naming 14 Mustangs ITA Scholar-Athletes as well as listing Morningside as an ITA All-Academic Team.

GREENWOOD, IND. – Morningside women’s tennis received yet another individual player accolade today as College Sports Communicators revealed its 2025 Academic All-America teams, naming Line Jensen to its second team.

KANSAS CITY, MO. – The National Association of Intercollegiate Athletics has named Line Jensen a second team all-American for the second consecutive season.

GREENWOOD, IND. – Two Morningside women’s tennis players landed on the College Sports Communicators (CSC) Academic All-District Team, the CSC announced. Sophia Guntren and Line Jensen represented the Mustangs on the team.

TEMPE, ARIZ. – Line Jensen has been named the 2025 ITA NAIA Women's Most Improved Player, the Intercollegiate Tennis Association announced today in its national awards release.

TEMPE, ARIZ. – The Intercollegiate Tennis Association revealed its regional award winners for the National Association of Intercollegiate Athletics level today, naming Line Jensen the winner of the ITA Most Improved Player award for the central region.

SIOUX CITY, IOWA – Morningside had six players honored by the Great Plains Athletic Conference as it announced its all-conference and honorable mention selections for women’s tennis. Head Coach Alex Struck was also honored in the release, collecting his second consecutive GPAC Coach of the Year honor.

SIOUX CITY, Iowa — Line Jensen on Wednesday was named as the Great Plains Athletic Conference Player of the Week in women’s tennis.

SIOUX CITY, IOWA – The Mustangs nearly had today’s women’s tennis in the bag by virtue of setting foot on the court, as a short-handed Mount Marty squad gave the home team a 2-0 lead in singles and a 1-0 advantage in doubles. Morningside did stray from its values, however, as the Mustangs remained locked in and kept Mount Marty off the scoreboard, winning 7-0.

CRETE, NEB. – A sweep of doubles proved to be the push Morningside needed in women’s tennis today to get a Great Plains Athletic Conference win over Doane, 4-3.

SOUTH SIOUX CITY, NEB. – A change of venue due to today’s weather didn’t rattle the Mustangs as they shut out Northwestern 7-0 in Great Plains Athletic Conference women’s tennis.
