KANSAS CITY, MO. – The National Association of Intercollegiate Athletics continued to release its preseason top 25 ratings today, rolling out its women's ratings today. Morningside's Mustangs, which return most of last year's team, were receiving votes in the season's initial ratings.

While the Mustangs didn't climb out of the receiving votes ranks, but sat atop the pool with 53 points, six below the no. 25 team.

Morningside ended the 2023-24 campaign with a receiving votes rating, falling at the NAIA National Championships.
