GRINNELL, IOWA – Morningside’s women found a rhythm at this year’s Pioneer Classic, hosted by Grinnell College.
SAINT PETER, MINN. – Alice Mahoney has emerged as a standout among Bryan Farris’ women’s swimming squad, repeating as one of the Mustangs’ top finishers in this weekend’s Grace Goblirsch Invitational.
OMAHA, NEB. – Lily Schwickerath provided a bright spot for the Mustangs in today’s swim dual with the College of Saint Mary, giving Morningside a win in the 50-yard freestyle.
SIOUX CITY, IOWA – Morningside Swimming kicked off the 2024 Family Fest athletic activities today, diving into the Hindman-Hobbs Center pool at noon for a dual with Gustavus Adolphus College. The Mustang women fell short against a very deep Gustavus squad, taking second in the standings 179-53.
SIOUX CITY, IOWA – The Mustangs led in the team standings from the opening event of this weekend’s dual with Iowa Lakes, as the women touched the wall first in seven of the meet’s nine events. Morningside won the meet 87-22.
FREMONT, NEB. – Morningside’s Lexi Carey picked up where she left off for the Mustangs, headlining the season’s debut with a pair of first place finishes. Carey wrapped up the 2024 season with a trip ton the National Association of Intercollegiate Athletics national championships.
