Four earn men's at-large Academic All-District honors GREENWOOD, IND. – College Sports Communicators (CSC) announced its men’s Academic All-District team for at-large sport grouping, placing four Mustangs on the list. The CSC at-large grouping includes men’s bowling, golf, lacrosse, volleyball, wrestling and co-ed sports competitive cheer and competitive dance.

Men's Volleyball makes move to Heart of America Athletic Conference OVERLAND PARK, KAN. – Morningside University Athletic Director Jim Sykes announced today that Morningside will be competing as an affiliate member of the Heart of America Athletic Conference beginning in the 2024-25 season. The move was announced after the Great Plains Athletic Conference revealed that it will no longer be sponsoring men’s volleyball.

Morningside sees historic season come to a close
JAMESTOWN, N.D. – The Mustangs were featured in the GPAC Championship match for the first time, but it was ultimately the Jamestown Jimmies who came away with the three-set sweep and the win.
JAMESTOWN, N.D. – For the first time in program history, the Morningside men’s volleyball team is in the GPAC Championship match after sweeping Dordt 25-21, 25-20, 25-14 Friday in the semifinals in Jamestown, N.D.
SIOUX CITY, Iowa – Morningside swept Central Christian in the regular season, and continued that trend with a 25-9, 25-19, 25-15 win to make the GPAC Semifinals next weekend in Jamestown.
SIOUX CENTER, Iowa – With second place in the GPAC and a first round bye in the conference tournament on the line, Morningside made the short trip to Dordt to face the Defenders Saturday. Dordt prevailed in four sets, with each of the four sets ending 25-21.
