ORANGE CITY, Iowa — The Morningside University softball team lost two hard-fought games on Wednesday to seventh-ranked Northwestern by scores of 4-1 and 7-3.
YANKTON, S.D. – Morningside kickstarted another streak on the softball diamond today, picking up a pair of wins over Mount Marty, 3-1 and 10-7.
FREMONT, NEB. - The Morningside softball team’s Great Plains Athletic Conference schedule got underway in a hurry today as the Mustangs split the league-opening series 8-7 and 1-9.
Secora in an eight-game span went 5-for-11 with three home runs and seven RBIs. She also had a double and walked once.
GULF SHORES, Ala. — The Morningside University softball team fell in both contests on Saturday as part of the Gulf Coast Invitational. The Mustangs lost 4-1 to Texas A&M Texarkana, then 7-1 to Southeastern.
Morningside lost 2-0 to William Carey University in Game 1, then earned a 7-5 win over Texas A&M-San Antonio.
