SEWARD, NEB. – The Mustangs knew they were in for a fight as they lined up across from the no. 5 Concordia Bulldogs in their Great Plains Athletic Conference opener. Morningside outscored Concordia in the final 10 minutes of play, but differentials of six and eight points in the second and third quarters ended up being too much for the visitors’ to overcome as they fell 74-62.
