NEW ORLEANS, LA. – The U.S. Track and Field and Cross Country Coaches Association released its 2025 academic honors for the women’s track and field season this week, naming four Mustangs to its All-Academic Athlete list, while naming Morningside a Women’s All-Academic team.

GREENWOOD, IND. – College Sports Communicators released its Academic All-District list for Women’s Track and Field and Cross Country today, placing five Morningsiders on the list.

MARION, Ind. — In her first season competing in the steeplechase competition, Morningside junior Courtney Sporrer is an All-American. She placed fifth in the 3,000-meter steeplechase with a time of 10 minutes, 55.26 seconds.

MARION, Ind. — Morningside junior Courtney Sporrer advanced Wednesday to the 3,000-meter steeplechase at the NAIA Outdoor Track and Field Championships.

The 4x800 team of Jolee Mesz, Morgan Sachs, Nicole Zuehl, and Courtney Sporrer will compete at 5:15 p.m. Wednesday in Marion, Indiana.

SIOUX CITY, IOWA – The Great Plains Athletic Conference highlighted its all-conference and special award honorees, determined at the GPAC Men's Track and Field Championship last week at Hastings. Morningside earned all-conference honors in nine events at the meet.

HASTINGS, NEB. – The Great Plains Athletic Conference was all at the same facility for the first time since indoor season this weekend, competing in the GPAC Women's Track and Field Championship at Hastings. The Mustangs had a strong showing against their peers, claiming a pair of conference titles, hitting a pair of National Association of Intercollegiate Athletics B qualifying standards, and earning all-conference honors in 10 events.

DES MOINES, IOWA – Morningside’s women’s 4x800-meter relay team took the iconic blue track at the Drake Relays today, running alongside some of the top teams in the region.

VERMILLION, S.D. – Jacee Tindall headlined the Mustangs field efforts this weekend as Morningside competed in the USD Early Bird meet.

WAYNE, Neb. – The Morningside women’s track and field team competed in the Wayne State Wildcat Classic Friday. Competing on a condensed meet schedule due to the weekend's weather forecast.

FAYETTE, Mo. – A pair of first place finishes for Courtney Sporrer headlined Morningside Women’s Track and Field's trip to the Central Methodist Invite this weekend.

DES MOINES — The Morningside University women’s track and field team turned in four Top 10 finishes Saturday at the Viking Relays, hosted by Grand View University. Jacee Tindall and Ashley Adkins also turned in PRs in the hammer throw.

MARION, Ind. – The GPAC Champion Mustangs women’s 4x800 relay team competed at the NAIA Outdoor Track and Field Championships Wednesday evening in Marion, Indiana, placing 14th in the event.
