DES MOINES, IOWA – Morningside’s women’s 4x800-meter relay team took the iconic blue track at the Drake Relays today, running alongside some of the top teams in the region.
SOUTH SIOUX CITY, NEB. – The Mustangs made it clear that they meant business as they took the courts at the First Serve Tennis Center in the Great Plains Athletic Conference postseason tournament semifinals today, defeating Midland 4-0. The Warriors had advanced to the semifinals via a 4-1 victory over Northwestern, while Morningside arrived via the bye as the no. 1 overall seed.

SIOUX CITY, IOWA – It took until the bottom of the seventh inning for Morningside to complete its comeback in both games of today’s doubleheader with Mount Marty. The Mustangs walked off the opener 8-7 before coming back twice in a 5-4 nightcap.
KANSAS CITY, MO. – The National Association of Intercollegiate Athletics announced its Daktronics Scholar-Athletes for spring sports. Morningside had 59 athletes named to the spring list.
