Morningside softball lands 11 Easton/NFCA All-America Scholar Athletes

LOUISVILLE, Ky. – Eleven Mustang softball players were named to the Easton/NFCA all-America scholar athletes list for 2022-23, and the team ranked 12th on the Easton/NFCA NAIA Team GPA list.

Morningside's 3.6 team GPA placed them 12th in the NAIA. Vanessa Bohuslavsky, Grace Buffington, Ellie Cropley, Maggie Fisher, Ellie Gengler, Mykel Ann Gray, Kennedee Jones, Katie Murphy, Sydney Petersen, Taylor Richter, and Mackenna Sidzyik were all-America scholar athletes.

The Mustangs went 33-14 in 2023, placing second in the GPAC regular season standings.
