DES MOINES, IOWA – The turn of the calendar's pages to February suddenly places the conclusion of the 2024-25 women's wrestling season on the horizon, with the Great Plains Athletic Conference Championships coming on March 1. The Mustangs placed another tough tune-up tournament on the schedule this weekend, traveling to the Grand View Open in Des Moines.

Nevaeh Hast had the strongest day for the Mustangs, collecting a pin over Grand View University's Mickey Seely in 1:58 and another over Central's Selena Snell in 3:58.
