SIOUX CITY, IOWA – Morningside moved to 0-1-2 in the Great Plains Athletic Conference after collecting another tie in women's soccer action at Briar Cliff this afternoon. The Mustangs mustered 11 shots with three registering on goal in the contest.
Kyla Syverson collected a tie on the afternoon, with five saves in the complete game shutout.
Keyera Harmon proved to be the most threatening Mustang to the Chargers' defense, taking four shots with one on goal. Melissa Tsatiris and Sami Murray had the remaining shots on goal.
Morningside heads to Fremont, Neb., on Saturday, where it will take on Midland in a 5 p.m. contest.
