Women's soccer lands five all-conference members

SIOUX CITY, Iowa – Five Morningside women's soccer players earned all-conference honors, announced by the Great Plains Athletic Conference Monday morning.

The lone second team honoree for the Mustangs is Roselynn Bosman. Bosman is a junior from Drempt, The Netherlands. She totaled eight goals and six assists this season for 22 points. She logged the game winner at Mount Marty. All eight goals were scored in conference play. 

Four Morningsiders were honorable mentions. Lily Sidel is a sophomore from Hartford, South Dakota and scored one goal, a game winner against Grand View, and one assist this season. Freja Brix-Rasmussen is a senior from Svendborg, Denmark. Melissa Tsatiris is a sophomore from Dronninglund, Denmark who scored a goal and added three assists this season. Sina Feeser is a senior from Heilbronn, Germany who scored one goal, a game winner against Waldorf, and recorded an assist this season.

Morningside finished the season with a 10-5-3 record and a 7-3-2 conference record.
