Brown named GPAC Women's Golfer of the Week

SIOUX CITY, Iowa – Morningside University women's golfer Lucy Brown was named Wednesday as the Week 2 Great Plains Women's Golfer of the Week.

Brown, a sophomore from Southport, United Kingdom, was the medalist at the Lila Frommelt Fall Classic last week. She had a 36-hole score of 157 at Green Valley Golf Course in Sioux City.

She started off her second round with a birdie, one of three she had during the 36 holes.

Brown has finished in the Top 16 in all six tournaments this fall.
