ATCHISON, Kan. – The Morningside University women's basketball team lost on Saturday 71-60 to Benedictine.
Sam Ehlers led the Mustangs (1-1) with 15 points, as she came off the bench for 19 minutes. Alexis Spier also had 12 points. Spier also had eight rebounds.
Lily Vollertsen also had eight points.
