Women's basketball places four on CSC Academic All-District list

GREENWOOD, IND. – College Sports Communicators announced its Academic All-District Teams for 2022, including four Morningside women's basketball players. All-district honorees will move ahead for consideration for the CSC Academic All-America Teams.

All-district honorees for the Mustangs are Lauren Hedlund, Aspen Jansa, Abbe Morten, McKenna Sims.

The CSC Academic All-American program recognizes the nation's top student-athletes for a combination of success on the field and in the classroom, requiring that nominees maintain a cumulative GPA of 3.5 or better and participate in at least 50 percent of games played in a season.
