McKinley paces Mustangs at Blazing Tiger NAIA Classic

ASHLAND, Neb. – Eein McKinley paced Morningside University's men's cross country team on Saturday at the Blazing Tiger Classic, placing 122nd with an 8,000-meter time of 26:43.

RC Hicks was the No. 2 Mustang, crossing the finish line in 28:03, good for 224th. Braden Sonksen was 20 spots behind Hicks, placing in 28:33.

Casey Kruger placed 284th with a time of 29:27. Austin Ramold made it three seconds ahead of the 30-minute mark, placing in 295th.

The final three finishers for Morningside were: Jose Lopez (323rd, 31:54), Gabriel Mora (325th, 32:02), and Oscar Benitez (333rd, 32:59).

The Mustangs finished 25th with 178 points.
