Moss, Kruger named Academic All-District

GREENWOOD, IND. – College Sports Communicators (CSC) announced its Academic All-District team for men's track and field and cross country today, placing two Mustangs on the list.

Morningside is represented on the team by Tom Moss and Casey Kruger. Academic All-District honorees advance to the CSC Academic All-America ballot, with the All-America teams announced on July 10, 2024.

The CSC Academic All-American program recognizes the nation's top student-athletes for a combination of success in competition and in the classroom, requiring that nominees maintain a cumulative GPA of 3.5 or better and rank in the top 25 in the conference in at least one event. 

College Sports Communicators, formerly known as the College Sports Information Directors Association, is a group of 3,200+ strategic, creative, and digital communicators across intercollegiate athletics in the United States and Canada.
