Men's tennis places three on CSC Academic All-District list

GREENWOOD, IND. – College Sports Communicators (CSC) announced its Academic All-District Team for men's tennis earlier this month, placing three Mustangs on the squad.

Morningside is represented on the Academic All-District list by Mark Trenkle, Mikhil Raja, and Abhishek Mohapatra. Academic All-District honorees advance to the CSC Academic All-America ballot, with the All-America teams announced on June 5, 2024.

The CSC Academic All-American program recognizes the nation's top student-athletes for a combination of success on the court and in the classroom, requiring that nominees maintain a cumulative GPA of 3.5 or better and participate in at least 70 percent of total matches that include team scores. 

College Sports Communicators, formerly known as the College Sports Information Directors Association, is a group of 3,200+ strategic, creative, and digital communicators across intercollegiate athletics in the United States and Canada.
