
Noteboom ranks no. 7 in NAIA West Tournament
LAWRENCE, KAN. – Morningside's men's bowling team recorded their second highest single day tournament score of the season in the first iteration of the NAIA West Tournament at Royal Crest Lanes. The Mustangs toppled 4,639 pins to rank no. 8 in qualifying play, and finished 12th in match play.
Hunter Noteboom led Morningside, placing seventh individually with 1,039 pins to average 207 per game. Trevor Fisher was no. 48 with 877 pins. Adam Stensrud threw four games and averaged 202 pins per game.
The Mustangs are back on the lanes for round two of the NAIA West Tournament on February 2.
