Five named Football Academic All-District by College Sports Communicators

GREENWOOD, IND. – Five Morningsiders landed on the College Sports Communicators (CSC) Academic All-District Team, the CSC announced this afternoon. KJ Williams, Isaac Pingel, Lennx Brown, Brady Schlaeger, and Jack Sievert represented the Mustangs on the team.

The five advance to the CSC Academic All-America ballot, with the All-America teams announced on Jan. 23, 2024.

The CSC Academic All-American program recognizes the nation's top student-athletes for a combination of success on the field and in the classroom, requiring that nominees maintain a cumulative GPA of 3.5 or better and participate in at least 50 percent of games played in a season. 

College Sports Communicators, formerly known as the College Sports Information Directors Association, is a group of 3,200+ strategic, creative, and digital communicators across intercollegiate athletics in the United States and Canada.
