Senior linebacker Tyler Wingert (Holstein, Iowa) represented the defense.

Dolincheck and Hahlbeck gathered three 2021 postseason honors, adding the American Football Coaches Association/NAIA and Associated Press Little All-America first-team selections. Senior wide receiver Reid Jurgensmeier (Wahoo, Neb.) (second-team offense), junior place-kicker Chase Carter (Knoxville, Iowa) (second-team defense/special teams), and senior defensive lineman Weston Schultz (Mason City, Iowa) (third team defense/special teams) rounded out the Mustangs accolades.
