5 Mustangs named dance Daktronics NAIA Scholar-Athletes

KANSAS CITY, MO. – The National Association of Intercollegiate Athletics announced its Daktronics Scholar-Athletes for dance, releasing this year's list alongside the other winter sports.

Morningside had five athletes named to this year's dance list, Ashley Reis, Bess Telfer, Emilee Liebe, Grace Gerdes, and Hannah Dillehay. 

In order to qualify for the NAIA scholar-athlete program, a student-athlete must maintain a cumulative grade point average of 3.5, appear on a sport's eligibility certificate, and have attended one full year at the current institution.
