Bio

Zach Schroeder joined the Morningside strength and conditioning program in October 2021. 

Schroeder, a May 2022 graduate from NCAA DIII Carroll University's master's program in Sports Physiology and Performance Coaching, spent the summer prior to joining Morningside's staff working with East Tennessee State University's men's and women's soccer and women's volleyball programs, assisting with the implementation of training programs. 

In his final year at Carroll, Schroeder developed and implemented training programs for the university's baseball team, while also assisting in the implementation of programs for women's lacrosse, softball, and men's and women's basketball. He also assisted with testing and monitoring training programs across all of the institution's athletic offerings.

Prior to pursuing his master's degree, Zach acquired his B.S. in Exercise Science at Carroll. He is a certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist, having completed the National Strength and Conditioning Association's program, and is a certified Weightlifting and Sports Performance (USAW-Level 1) from USA Weightlifting.
