Jensen Softball Complex

Jensen Softball Complex

The Elizabeth & Irving Jensen Softball Complex has been the home of the Mustangs’ softball team since 2006. The facility is located near the center of campus and features an agri-lime infield, concrete dugouts, equipment storage and restrooms and a second story press box. The complex was dedicated as the Elizabeth & Irving Jensen Softball Complex on March 19, 2007.

The stadium's official seating capacity is 400, but the outfield grass allows for spectators to bring a chair or blanket for a front row seat.

Irving and Elizabeth Jensen, Sr. were longtime supporters of Morningside. Elizabeth graduated from Morningside in 1954. Irving was awarded the Order of Morningside and the honorary degree of Doctor of Engineering by Morningside in 1976. He served as a member of Morningside’s Board of Directors from 1957-1976 and was a vice chair of the board from 1970-76.
