Esports Nexus

Morningside opened its Esports Nexus in 2016, making it the new home of the Mustangs' esports program.  The space features a fleet of premium gaming computers and peripherals stationed with DXRacer chairs for competitor comfort and support.  

The facility received a facelift in 2021, including the addition of a pair of 65" screens for film review and game instruction, among other cosmetic improvements.  The computer fleet was also upgraded at this time.

Morningside's Esports Nexus' high speed Internet connection comes courtesy of the building's gigabit copper network, served by a 10g fiber backhaul.
