Bio

A Sioux City resident since 2014, Jacob Schroeder is a 2022 graduate of Sioux City East High School, where he competed in both soccer and football. He continued his football career at Minnesota State University Moorhead from 2022–2024 before transferring to Briar Cliff University for his final season. Schroeder earned his Bachelor of Science in Human Performance from Briar Cliff in May 2025.

Throughout his collegiate career, Schroeder gained extensive strength and conditioning experience through a series of hands-on internships. He worked with MSUM’s track and field program in spring 2024, then assisted Briar Cliff’s strength staff during summer 2024 and again throughout the 2024–25 academic year with football, men’s basketball, and softball. He returned in summer 2025 to work with Briar Cliff’s men’s basketball and football programs.

Schroeder most recently served as a Strength and Conditioning Graduate Assistant at the University of Jamestown.
