
Mustangs conclude double feature weekend at Wayne
WAYNE, Neb. – The Morningside women’s track and field team took a trip to Wayne, Neb. to compete in the Wayne State College Wildcat Open as the Mustangs competed in their second meet in as many days.

Nicole Zuehl finished second in the mile run with a time of 5:26.55. Meredith Draper took seventh in the 60-meter dash with a time of 8.20 seconds.
In field events, Kinsey Alt took seventh place in the long jump with a mark of 4.85 meters. Jacee Tindall finished ninth in the shot put with a throw of 11.56 meters.
The Mustangs are back in action Friday Feb. 14 and Saturday Feb. 15 at the GPAC Indoor Championships in Mitchell, S.D.
