HASTINGS, Neb. – The Morningside University saw its conference tournament run end on Thursday in the semifinal round with a 2-0 loss to Hastings.
The Broncos, which received votes in this week's national poll, scored in each half.
Morningside (8-6-4) took four shots in the match, three on goal. Melissa Tsatiris had two shots, both on goal. Keyera Harmon and Mia Stoffel attempted the other two shots.
Kyla Syverson saved seven Hastings shots during the 90 minutes.
