
CSC announces women's at-large all-district team
GREENWOOD, IND. – College Sports Communicators announced its At-Large Academic All-District Teams for 2023, including five Morningsiders. All-district honorees will move ahead for consideration for the At-Large CSC Academic All-America Teams.
GREENWOOD, IND. – College Sports Communicators announced its At-Large Academic All-District Teams for 2023, including five Morningsiders. All-district honorees will move ahead for consideration for the At-Large CSC Academic All-America Teams.
College Sports Communicators' women's at-large grouping includes beach volleyball, bowling, cheer, dance, golf, lacrosse, and wrestling, and allows each institution to nominate five individuals.
All-district honorees for the Mustangs are Carissa Johnson, Samantha Schiefen, Rachel Spier, Rachel Steinkamp, and Callie Stephens.
The CSC Academic All-American program recognizes the nation's top student-athletes for a combination of success on the field and in the classroom, requiring that nominees maintain a cumulative GPA of 3.5 or better and participate in at least 50 percent of games played in a season.
