Whispering Creek Golf Club, located at 6500 Whispering Creek Drive, serves as the home course for the Mustangs’ men’s and women’s golf teams. It is a public course situated in the rolling hills on the outskirts of Sioux City.  The course was designed by former Morningside head coach Todd Sapp and opened in 2000.

Named the 2007 Iowa Golf Course of the Year, Whispering Creek touts prairie golf at its finest, featuring big skies, open vistas, wonderful views, wide fairways, and rolling fast greens. Natural brome areas surround the course to present a challenge and give the golf course a majestic look.
