GLENDALE, ARIZ. – The Mustangs' attempt at a late comeback fell short today as Morningside fell to Arizona Christian 79-75 in Arizona. 

Morningside had just a three point lead as today's game reached its intermission, with its largest lead of seven points coming with less than five minutes left in the first half. 

Joey Skoff notched 23 points in the loss, with Aidan Vanderloo right behind at 21. 

Justin Sitti led Morningside on the boards with 10 rebounds, while Brendan Buckley had eight. 

Morningside wraps up the 2024 portion of its season on December 29 and 30 as Bellevue University hosts a par of contests. The Mustangs will play Mayville Stste on the 29th before facing host Bellevue on the 30th.
